Welcome to TheLink Modern Furnitures! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • All orders are placed through our website.
  • Payment options include EFT, credit/debit card, and direct deposit.
  • Full payment must be received before processing and manufacturing commence.
  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.

3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Delivery is available within South Africa.
  • Standard delivery time is 14 working days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery fees may vary depending on location outside Gauteng.
  • TheLink Modern Furnitures is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather conditions).

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

5. WARRANTY & GUARANTEE

  • All products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase for warranty claims.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We respect your privacy and ensure the protection of personal information.
  • Customer data is used only for order processing and communication.
  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • TheLink Modern Furnitures is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture fits their space before ordering.
  • We are not liable for minor variations in color, texture, or design due to handcrafted manufacturing.

9. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Any disputes arising shall be resolved in South African courts.
